2. Configuring Your SMS Gateway

Add API Key & Sender ID
Go to Settings > SMS Gateway in your Vridhi dashboard. Select your provider (e.g. MSG91, Twilio) and enter your API Auth Key and approved 6-character Sender ID (e.g. VRIDHI).

For India: DLT Template Registration
Under Indian regulations (TRAI), business SMS requires pre-approved DLT templates. Ensure you add your:
- Entity ID (PE ID): Your registered business ID on Jio/Vil/Airtel DLT portal.
- Sender Header: 6-letter approved Header (e.g.
VRIDHI). - DLT Template ID: The numeric ID assigned to the specific message body.
