Will my WhatsApp number get blocked or banned?
No. Vridhi uses the Official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (Graph API v21.0) directly hosted by Meta. Meta does not ban numbers for using their official API. Furthermore, Vridhi enforces approved template messages, a 24-hour service window, and easy opt-outs to ensure your Quality Rating stays Green.
How many WhatsApp messages can I send in a day?
Meta assigns daily limits based on tiers: Tier 1 starts at 1,000 unique contacts/day. As you send quality messages and maintain a Green rating, Meta automatically upgrades your account to 10,000 / day, 100,000 / day, and eventually Unlimited within 48 to 72 hours. Inbound replies from customers have no limit.
How much does WhatsApp charge per message?
In India, Meta gives 1,000 free customer support chats every month. For outbound marketing, it costs ~₹0.85 per 24-hr chat. For utility and transactional notifications, it costs only ~₹0.11 to ₹0.15. Charges are paid directly to Meta via your Business Manager card without any middleman markup.
