1. How Integrations Work
Vridhi AI provides bidirectional integration: you can receive real-time HTTP webhooks whenever a lead is scraped, a reply arrives on WhatsApp, or an email is opened. You can also push data to external CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho.

2. Supported Webhook Events

3. Connecting to Zapier / Make / n8n
- Create a new Zap or Scenario with a Webhooks by Zapier (Catch Hook) trigger.
- Copy the provided Webhook URL from Zapier.
- In Vridhi AI, go to Settings > Integrations / Webhooks and paste the URL.
- Select the events you want to stream (e.g.
lead.created). - Click Send Test Payload to instantly map your CRM fields in Zapier!
4. Cryptographic Security (HMAC Signature)
Every outbound webhook includes the header X-Vridhi-Signature. You can verify this in Node.js or Python to ensure the request originated from Vridhi AI:
